Privacy notice.

When you apply for work with Loaf'd (Eat Social Ltd), we collect the details you give us — your name, contact details, which café you can work at, eligibility, availability and any CV you upload — for one purpose: to consider you for a job.

Lawful basis. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it any time.

How long we keep it. We hold your application for up to 12 months, then delete it automatically, unless you ask us to keep your profile for future roles.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — just email hello@loafd.ie and we'll sort it.

We don't sell your data or share it outside Loaf'd. Your CV is stored privately and only seen by our hiring team.
