Privacy notice.

When you apply for a role via Staff'd — here, at Loaf'd— we collect the details you give us: your name, contact details, location, eligibility, availability and any CV you upload. It's used for one purpose: to consider you for that role.

Who controls your data. Staff'd is operated by Hospitech Solutions Ltd, which is the data controller for every application on the platform — not Loaf'd directly. Only Loaf'd can see your application. Other venues using Staff'd never see your details unless you separately apply to them.

Lawful basis. We rely on your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. You can withdraw it any time.

How long we keep it. We hold your application for up to 12 months, then delete it automatically, unless you ask us to keep your profile for future roles.

Your rights. You can ask to see, correct or delete your data at any time — just email hello@staffd.ie and we'll sort it.

We don't sell your data. Your CV is stored privately and only seen by Loaf'd's hiring team.
